We use nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, health workshops and nature to revitalize your health. You will come away feeling energized, full of new ideas and ready to take on the world.
The location
Hamurana, Rotorua, Bay of Plenty
Luxury awaits
This unique and serene retreat is enveloped in nature’s seclusion near Lake Rotorua. Here you can enjoy carefree, contemporary living away from the noise of the city with birdsong by day, the flurry of ducks at sunset and dark, peaceful nights.
The house offers 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets located in two separate wings with the living area in the centre.
The gourmet kitchen is fitted with modern, upmarket conveniences and is perfect for cooking classes. The family room and dining area opens to a sun-filled patio. There’s a separate lounge, and the huge garage has been set up as a gym and a games room complete with pool table, ping pong, exercycle, walker - just perfect for rainy day fun.
Feel free to roam around this large and private streamside property, where you can while away a few hours as you bask in spectacular sunsets, stroll through the farm paddocks or daydream beside the Hamurana stream as it glides lazily by on its way to the lake.

Retreat leaders
Anita Hollerer-Squire
Hi, I'm Anita. I am a Wellness Coach, Life Coach, Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner and Personal Trainer.
I am passionate about holistic health and have changed my life completely over the past 15 years - from what I eat to how I exercise, what I use on my body and around my house to where I shop and how I think. I love to cook clean, healthy food, make my own sourdough breads, grow my own organic vegetables and live a healthy lifestyle.
Over the past 15 years I have worked with lots of people and helped them improve their lives, their weight, their fitness and their mindset.
I love life and want to share some of my knowledge with you in this retreat.
Sylvia Zlami
Brought up in a gastronomic family, Sylvia has always been interested in culinary matters. It left her with a particular affinity for ‘slow food’ that harks back to the artisanal traditions practiced by her grandmother.
As an avid gardener, she loves creating wholesome organic meals “straight from her permaculture garden”. All her food is home-made, her pantry is always stocked with a huge variety of tasty preserves, and there’s the ubiquitous loaf of fresh bread.
This weekend, she will share her passion for the naturally fermented goodness of sourdough bread and will show you how to make it yourself.
