What will life coaching do for me?
Are you stressed, depressed or is your head a mess? Are you miserable because of an unhealthy relationship? Do you want more out of your life?
Life coaching will help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. You will learn new strategies on how to lead a happier and more fulfilled life.
Why accept an average life when you can have an awesome one? Don’t fear change, it is just something to learn how to do.
In our coaching sessions, we will pinpoint the challenges you are facing and find solutions for them.
We all face challenges along our way - as your life coach I will listen to you, support you, challenge you, motivate you, hold you accountable, guide you to reach your full potential and help you become the person you want to be.
Everyone has a choice. You can choose to stay the way you are, or you can choose to improve and grow. I will be your partner and be with you every step of the way.
Our focus is on you - your problems, your challenges or your ideas. I will not make judgements about you or criticise what you're saying.
Having a life you love starts with gaining clarity on your values, enabling more meaningful choices and consistent action.
I will help you challenge limiting beliefs and assumptions you may be holding about certain situations you find yourself in, that are stopping you from moving forward.
You can use me as a sounding board for all of your ideas and whatever it is you want to work on.
If you've lost direction, I will help you focus by setting you some highly effective exercises designed to help you identify what you'd like to have, be and do.
Coaching offers a means for you to gain more balance, focus, energy, financial abundance and enjoyment in every area of your life.
How coaching works
We will start our coaching relationship by examining every area of your life. Where are you now - where do you want to be - how do you get there. We will focus on clarifying your values, defining your goals, setting up an action plan and working on overcoming obstacles that stand in your way.
Between the coaching sessions you will need to carry out the required assignments that move you towards your goals.
I will be your partner and listen to what you say and what you don't say. I will challenge you to do more than you would do on your own and give you my undivided attention and support. I will guide you along the way and hold you accountable for your actions or inactions.
It is my job to ask the right questions and provide you with all the support and guidance you need. It is not my job to tell you what to do or give you the answers.
All coaching sessions are either in person, over Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime or phone. We meet at a pre-arranged day/time - normally once a week or once a fortnight. I will provide a structure and the appropriate exercises.
Generally, most clients work with me for a period of 3 - 6 months. The time frame depends on how often we meet and what you're hoping to accomplish.
Everything you say will be in total confidence.

How much does it cost?
At the initial consult you will tell me about yourself and what you wish to change or achieve. I will then tell you how I coach and how I can help. If you want to go ahead we will continue with a session and you will be invoiced $115. However if you do not want to go ahead there is no charge.
$115 for an individual session
6 sessions for $600
(each session is about an hour)

About your coach
I’m originally from Austria and have made New Zealand my home since 2000. After many years in a very stressful Sales & Marketing role, I decided I needed to take better care of myself and lead a healthier and more mindful life. A complete lifestyle change was in order – I quit my job and began a 3-year study with Coach University to become a Life Coach. I also became a fitness trainer and advanced clinical weight loss practitioner. In 2004 I started coaching my first clients and since then have worked with many people and led a variety of workshops. Recently I have also taken over leadership of TLC The Life Coach.
I love the life I have created and feel very fortunate to have a wonderful husband, amazing daughter, fantastic lifestyle and the ability to help others build a rewarding life.
Just like everyone else, I had my share of ups and downs, self doubts and worries but I now have the skills to handle negative emotions and know how to control my mind.
So many people settle for a mediocre life – either because they can’t see a way out, are scared of change or their situation isn’t bad enough and it’s easier to stay in status quo.
But we only have this one life – why settle for an average life, if it could be an amazing one? When you come to the end of your life, you want to be able to die without regrets.
