Creamy Broccoli Soup
Nutritious and yummy - perfect combination.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
3 heads of broccoli
6 cups of water
1 whole fennel, diced
1 vegetable bouillon cube
Handful of fresh parsley, coriander or sage leaves
Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup of fresh sprouts (optional)
Add the chopped broccoli to boiling water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the fennel, bouillon cube, herbs, salt & pepper.
Pour in a blender and blend.
Sprinkle over the sprouts and serve.
