Dr. Feelgood Smoothie

This will give you plenty of health benefits. Turmeric and ginger have been used over centuries and amongst others, have some powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties

Dr. Feelgood Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 2


1 piece turmeric root
1 small piece ginger (about 2 cm)
1 tablespoon spirulina
1/2 teaspoon virgin organic coconut oil
1 apple
Pineapple juice, to taste

Ice cubes


Blend everything together in a blender. Be aware that turmeric roots can leave permanent stains!
