Very Berry Porridge

This hearty porridge sets you up for the day. So quick and easy to prepare - a healthy and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients:


  • 1 ½ cup organic rolled oats

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 organic apple, grated

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries

  • 1 banana, sliced


Method:


  • Put the oats in a pot with the water and simmer for a couple of minutes.

  • Add the grated apple, cinnamon and the berries and stir until well combined.

  • Divide into 4 bowls and top with bananas.
