Very Berry Porridge
This hearty porridge sets you up for the day. So quick and easy to prepare - a healthy and tasty breakfast.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
1 ½ cup organic rolled oats
3 cups water
1 organic apple, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
½ cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
1 banana, sliced
Put the oats in a pot with the water and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the grated apple, cinnamon and the berries and stir until well combined.
Divide into 4 bowls and top with bananas.
