Omelet with Tomatoes, Peppers & Cheese

Ingredients:


  • 2 organic eggs

  • ½ tomato, diced

  • ¼ cup diced capsicum (bell peppers), diced

  • Little bit of red onions - diced

  • 2 tablespoons shredded whole milk mozzarella

  • 1 teaspoon organic butter


Method:


  • Heat butter in a frypan

  • Scramble the eggs and add to the hot frypan

  • Top with the tomatoes, capsicum, onions and mozzarella

  • Cook until set
