Anita's Muesli

My favorite breakfast. You can keep it in the fridge for a week.

Preparation: 20 minutes

Serves: 15


Ingredients:


  • 500 g organic old fashioned oats

  • 4 tblsp ground flaxseed meal

  • 3 tblsp whole flaxseeds

  • 2 tblsp chia seeds

  • 3 tblsp roasted & unsalted sunflower seeds

  • 3 tblsp roasted & unsalted pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tblsp goji berries

  • 4 tblsp organic cranberries

  • 4 tblsp organic raisins

  • 3 tblsp organic coconut flakes

  • about ¼ cup each of roasted & unsalted cashew nuts, walnut pieces, pecan pieces and sliced natural almonds

  • 5 Oranges


Method:


Mix all ingredients together, squeeze the oranges over it and mix well. This makes it nice and moist.

You can keep it in the fridge - it will last you a week.
Before eating, squeeze another orange over it if you like – or a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt and fresh berries.
