Turmeric Latte

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of organic unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 piece of fresh turmeric, peeled & grated (about the size of your little finger)

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, peeled & grated (about the size of your little finger)

  • 1 teaspoon of organic almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon organic maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract​

Method:

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. To cut back on sugar, you can leave out the maple syrup.

  • Pour into a pot and heat it up.

  • Serve with more cinnamon on top
