Walnut Fudge
This is simply the most scrumptious and rich dessert! You only need a small square to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Makes about 24 squares
Ingredients:
1 cup raw walnut pieces
½ cup organic raw cacao powder
½ cup melted organic virgin coconut oil
½ cup organic maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 pinches sea salt
¾ cup raw walnut pieces (for the topping)
Method:
Blend everything (except the ¾ cup walnut pieces) in a food processor.
Line a container with parchment paper and scoop the batter into it. Top with the ¾ cup of walnut pieces – pressing them into the batter a bit.
Freeze for at least an hour or more.
Cut into small squares. Keep in the freezer until you need it and enjoy chilled.
