Fudgy flourless zucchini brownies

If you are after gluten free desserts - you can't go past these mouthwatering brownies. You'd never know they are made with zucchini!

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of organic almond butter

  • 1 1/2 cups of grated zucchini

  • 1/3 cup of raw honey

  • 1 organic egg

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • ½ tsp of nutmeg

  • 1 cup of organic dark chocolate chips


Method:


  • Preheat oven to 175 C (350 F)

  • Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix everything together

  • Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking pan

  • Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean
