Frozen Raspberries & Banana Yogurt

Frozen yogurts are easy to make and you can put just about any fruit in it.

Frozen Raspberries & Banana Yogurt

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 6


Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cup organic old fashioned oats

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen

  • 1 cup organic greek yogurt, plain and unsweetened (sugar content not over 6 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of cinnamon


Method:


  • In a food processor, blend the oats until fine.

  • Add all the other ingredients to the oats and mix until well combined.

  • Fill into a container and freeze
