Frozen Raspberries & Banana Yogurt
Frozen yogurts are easy to make and you can put just about any fruit in it.
Preparation: 10 minutes
1 1/2 cup organic old fashioned oats
1 banana, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
1 cup organic greek yogurt, plain and unsweetened (sugar content not over 6 grams)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
In a food processor, blend the oats until fine.
Add all the other ingredients to the oats and mix until well combined.
Fill into a container and freeze
