Date & Nut Balls
Gluten and dairy free. The perfect treat to keep in the freezer and take out when needed.

Makes about 20 balls
Ingredients:
8 dates (Medjool Dates)
½ cup sunflower seeds (dry roasted, unsalted)
½ cup cashew nuts (dry roasted, unsalted)
1 teaspoon of organic raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of almond butter
juice of 1 orange
¼ cup raisins
4 tablespoon organic unsweetened Coconut, finely shredded (for coating)
Method:
In a food processor blend everything together, except the raisins.
Add raisins and form balls.
Roll in the shredded coconut.
Store in the freezer.
