Date & Nut Balls

Gluten and dairy free. The perfect treat to keep in the freezer and take out when needed. 

Date & Nut Balls

Makes about 20 balls


Ingredients:


  • 8 dates (Medjool Dates)

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds (dry roasted, unsalted)

  • ½ cup cashew nuts (dry roasted, unsalted)

  • 1 teaspoon of organic raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

  • juice of 1 orange

  • ¼ cup raisins

  • 4 tablespoon organic unsweetened Coconut, finely shredded (for coating)

Method:


  • In a food processor blend everything together, except the raisins.

  • Add raisins and form balls.

  • Roll in the shredded coconut.

  • Store in the freezer.
