Greek Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

 

4  ripe tomatoes, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

2 cucumbers, chopped

15 kalamata olives

100 g feta cheese

 

Dressing:

10 mint leaves

2 tablespoons virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic, crushed

Salt and pepper

 

Method:

 

  • Sprinkle the tomatoes and cucumbers with the chopped mint.

  • Add the olives and feta cheese

  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender, pour over the salad and mix
