Spiced pineapple with ice cream
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
4 slices of fresh pineapple
1 tablespoon organic butter
Freshly ground black pepper
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Cut the skin off a whole pineapple, cut into slices and cut out the stem in the middle.
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the pineapple slices and season with fresh pepper.
Lightly fry the pineapples for a few minutes each side until golden.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and grind some more pepper over it.
