Hummus
Easy to make and a perfect crowd pleaser - just cut up a variety of vegetables to go with it.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
½ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Drain the chickpeas
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice and seasonings.
Process, adding enough water to make a smooth consistency.
