Green Smoothie

This is a great drink that will get you your share of fruit and veggies in 1 go. The orange and banana makes it sweet and the ginger adds a bit of spice to it.

Green Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 oranges

  • 1 bananas

  • 1 organic persian cucumber

  • A thick slice of ginger


Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth
