Cucumber Raita

This is a great dip and very simple and quick to prepare. 

Cucumber Raita

Preparation: 5 minutes

Makes 1 bowl


  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 cup of plain unsweetened low-fat Greek yogurt (watch out for sugar - no more than 7 g)

  • 1 clove garlic, finely crushed

  • Sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • Grate the cucumber and drain the juice.

  • Add the yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.

  • Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
