This is a great dip and very simple and quick to prepare.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Makes 1 bowl
1 cup of plain unsweetened low-fat Greek yogurt (watch out for sugar - no more than 7 g)
1 clove garlic, finely crushed
Freshly ground black pepper
Grate the cucumber and drain the juice.
Add the yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
