Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a delicous snack and perfect if you have visitors - they'll love it!

Bruschetta

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves: 6


Ingredients:


  • 6 slices sourdough bread

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced

  • 1 small bunch fresh basil

  • sea salt

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon good-quality vinegar


Method:


Toast the bread on a barbecue, or in a toaster.

Place the tomatoes in a bowl, add the garlic and basil, season with salt and pepper, then toss with olive oil and vinegar and spread the mixture on the bread.
