Side salad

Ingredients:

 

  • Mixed lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • handfull of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2  lemon, juiced

  • Salt & pepper to season

  •  

Method:

 

Mix everything together, squeeze the lemon over it and season with salt & pepper to taste
