We will work through everything you need to know to protect your health. How to minimize your exposure to toxins, how food impacts your wellbeing, how chemicals you use on your body and around your home affect you and how to deal with stress and other negative emotions.


Each session is about an hour.


1 wellness coaching session

  • Wellness coaching can be done over skype, the internet or in person in Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand.


    The meetings are one-on-one and are completely confidential.
