Set yourself up for a healthy lifestyle. This program is completely online, which allows you to do it whenever it suits you from the comfort of your own home.

Each week you will learn about nutrition - what food is healthy and what is not, get online exercise videos and programs to improve your mindset (from overcoming emotional eating to stress relief and more).


We want to make sure you are on the right track and offer email support throughout. 


After payment you will receive an email with the log-in information so you can start your body transformation straight away.

    Nutrition: Unprocessed, unrefined and healthy eating guides, plus yammy recipes.

    Exercise: Low-impact exercise videos (1 for each week).
