You will get a different workout video every week with exercises that are low in impact, yet very demanding.

The workout takes about 30 minutes a day and you can do it anywhere, without any special equipment.

Each week you'll get targeted exercises for your arms, legs and core muscles.

The exercises are a mix between Pilates, Yoga, Barre and other low-impact exercises. The emphasis for all our exercises is on correct posture and controlled movements to tone our muscles.
