What is personal development?

Are you happy with the person you are? Is fear of failure holding you back?  How would you feel if you had all the confidence in the world? What could you achieve and how is that different from how you feel now?


Personal development focuses on increasing your self-esteem and strengthening yourself from the inside out.

It is an investment you make to improve yourself. Personal development involves accepting responsibility for your life and taking conscious actions to improve it.

Just like every building needs a strong foundation to withstand the inevitable storms and natural disasters - every human being needs a strong personal foundation to withstand life's challenges. The stronger your personal foundation, the easier it is to build an exceptional life.


Many of us "put on" a face for the outside world to see, which is very different from how we really feel inside. We try to hide our imperfections from others and pretend that we have it all sussed. It takes a lot of energy and effort to portrait ourselves as someone we are not.

Our goal is to work on those perceived "imperfections", so we can align behaviours and actions with who we really are - thus making life much smoother, easier and happier. Improving your self-esteem will open up new opportunities and change the way you feel about yourself.

How it works

The process of building a solid foundation requires time and energy. There will be major changes in your life during this time. You will be focusing on yourself for the next six to twelve months, building yourself and your life from the and inside out. 

We will meet once or twice a month - either over the phone or in person. Each time you will be working on a particular subject. I will be here for support, guidance and accountability.

Hi, I'm Anita. I am a Coach U graduate and have been a Life Coach and Wellness Coach since 2004.  I have coached numerous clients throughout the years - from relationship coaching to weight loss to personal growth and everything in between.


I have led a variety of workshops from work/life balance to life make-overs for individuals as well as corporate businesses. 


My focus is on seeing my clients succeed, reach their goals and become stronger and happier.
