Omelet with Tomatoes, Capsicums, Onions and Cheese

Ingredients:

 

2 organic eggs

½ tomato, diced

¼ cup diced capsicum (bell peppers), diced

Little bit of red onions - diced

2 tablespoons shredded whole milk mozzarella

1 teaspoon organic butter

 

Method:

 

  • Heat butter in a frypan

  • Scramble the eggs and add to the hot frypan

  • Top with the tomatoes, capsicum, onions and mozzarella

  • Cook until set
