Lemon Sole & steamed veggies
Nutritious and delicious fish recipe.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
2 Lemon sole fillet (or any other fresh fish fillets)
1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
Mixed herbs (fresh or dried)
Little bit of flour for dusting
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 cup florets of broccoli
1 cup carrots, cut
Steam the broccoli and carrots.
Combine a little dusting of flour with the herbs, salt & pepper – coat the fish fillets in it and pan-fry in the coconut oil for a couple of minutes.
Serve on top of the steamed veggies
