Lemon Sole & steamed veggies

Nutritious and delicious fish recipe.

Ingredients:


  • 2 Lemon sole fillet (or any other fresh fish fillets)

  • 1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil

  • Mixed herbs (fresh or dried)

  • Little bit of flour for dusting

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 cup florets of broccoli

  • 1 cup carrots, cut


Method:


  • Steam the broccoli and carrots.

  • Combine a little dusting of flour with the herbs, salt & pepper – coat the fish fillets in it and pan-fry in the coconut oil for a couple of minutes.

  • Serve on top of the steamed veggies
