First of all I need to say that this program is not a diet - it is a lifestyle change. It is all about eating healthy, exercising and having a positive outlook on life.
I created this program because I have seen so many people go on diets - they lose weight only to put it all back on again when they stop the diet. Diets generally don't work. And there is no such thing as a "quick-fix".
In order to lose weight and keep it off for good you need to address what and how you eat, how you exercise and how you think. And this is exactly what this program is about.
Each week there are lessons on nutrition, exercises on creating a healthy mindset and work-out videos.

Before you start on week 1:
Please read and complete the following documents and email them to me via
(disclaimer, your goals and weight history). By taking part in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in the disclaimer.
Fill in the weight-loss tracker weekly to keep an eye on your progress.
Use the daily diary to record everything - this will allow you to analyze your food intake as well as other important criterias.
Before starting the exercise regime, make sure you have clearance from your doctor. If you experience any pain while performing any of the provided exercises, stop immediatly and consult your doctor before continuing on.
