Exercise challenge

Your body is your most priceless possession. Take care of it.

This 4-week exercise challenge is designed to get the maximum results with your busy lifestyle in mind. It only takes about 30 - 40 minutes a day to complete and you can do it at any time and any place that suits you.

 

You won't need any special equipment - all exercises can be done using your body weight only. 

 

All my workouts are low in impact - yet very challenging. My style includes a mix of Pilates, Yoga and Barre. The emphasis is on building up our core strength and toning our muscles without the use of heavy weights.
