This online program is divided into 8 week segments. You will learn how to set yourself up for permanent weight loss and better health. The focus is on establishing a healthy lifestyle by eating wholesome and sustainable foods, building up your physical health and creating a positive mindset.

Note: This is not a diet. You will not need to cut out any food groups or starve yourself!

After you bought this program you will receive an email with a password to access our online "Client area" on this website.  


There you will find weekly nutrition lessons, recipes, exercise videos and tools for creating a positive mindset (as outlined above under program focus).


Each week we cover different topics - from the shifts you need to make, to how different foods impact your health and weight to what you need to do to change your habits and how to handle stress. In addition you will be able to watch our weekly videos showing you exercises that you can do from anywhere without any special equipment. 


The information we provide will allow you to set yourself up for permanent weight loss success. You can work through the program in 8 weeks or take as much time as you need. 


Furthermore, we provide email support and will be there for you every step of the way.
