How it works

After you bought this program you will receive an email with a password to access our online "Client area" on this website.  


There you will find weekly nutrition lessons, recipes, exercise videos and tools for creating a positive mindset (as outlined above under program focus).


Each week covers a different topic - from the shifts you need to make, to how different foods impact your health and weight to what you need to do to change your habits and how to handle stress. In addition you will be able to watch our weekly videos showing you exercises that you can do from anywhere without any special equipment. 


The information we provide will allow you to set yourself up for permanent weight loss success. You can work through the program in 8 weeks or take as much time as you need. 


Furthermore, we provide email support and will be there for you every step of the way.
