Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 oranges

  • 1 bananas

  • 1 organic persian cucumber

  • A thick slice of ginger

 

Method:

 

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth
