Creamy Tuna & Bean Salad

Ingredients:

1 can of cannellini beans

1 can of white albacore tuna

1 Persian cucumber, diced

½ red onion, diced
-
½ avocado, mashed
-
2 tblsp pumpkinseed oil (or olive oil)

Salt & Pepper
Method:
Rinse the cannellini beans, add the tuna and all the other ingredients and mix together. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
