Vegan fat-free cookies

Preparation: 10 minutes
Baking: 10 minutes
Makes about 15-20 cookies
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons water

1 cup organic oats (or my homemade muesli)

1 cup organic wholewheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup raisins (unless you are using my homemade muesli)

1/4 cup maple syrup
-
1 orange, juiced
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
4 squares 80% Lindt chocolate
Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 190 C (375 F)

Mix the chia seeds with the water and set aside to thicken (about 10 minutes)

Mix all the other ingredients (except the Lindt chocolate) together

Add the thickened chia seeds

Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto a baking sheet - flatten slightly

Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Then take out to cool on a rack.

Melt the chocolate in a dish over boiling water and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
