Chicken Corn Tortillas

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: nil (if purchase cooked chicken)
Serves: 4



4  Organic whole wheat & corn flour tortilla
1 avocado, mashed
1 cooked organic chicken breast, meat shredded
Iceberg lettuce shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped

Couple of black olives

¼ cup corn kernels (frozen and defrosted)
½ cup mozarella cheese




  • Warm tortillas in the oven for a couple of minutes

  • Spread each warmed tortilla with avocado.

  • Top with some of the shredded chicken.

  • Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, corn and cheese.

  • Fold each tortilla and serve.
