Chicken Corn Tortillas

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: nil (if purchase cooked chicken)
Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 4  Organic whole wheat & corn flour tortilla

  • 1 avocado, mashed

  • 1 cooked organic chicken breast, meat shredded

  • Iceberg lettuce shredded

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • Couple of black olives

  • ¼ cup corn kernels (frozen and defrosted)

  • ½ cup mozarella cheese

 

Method:

 

  • Warm tortillas in the oven for a couple of minutes

  • Spread each warmed tortilla with avocado.

  • Top with some of the shredded chicken.

  • Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, corn and cheese.

  • Fold each tortilla and serve.
