Mango Breakfast Parfait

Quick to make and super delicious. Ideal for the summer.



Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1


  • 1/2 cup diced frozen mango pieces

  • 1/2 cup diced frozen peaches

  • 1 medium banana

  • 3/4 cup organic whole milk yogurt (check sugar content – I use Organic Wallaby Greek Yogurt)

  • 1/4 cup organic whole milk (or almond milk)


  • Add mango, peaches, banana, yogurt, and milk to small food processor or blender and pulse until smooth (mixture will be thick).

  • Spoon into serving glass or bowl
