Mango Breakfast Parfait
Quick to make and super delicious. Ideal for the summer.
Preparation: 5 minutes
1/2 cup diced frozen mango pieces
1/2 cup diced frozen peaches
1 medium banana
3/4 cup organic whole milk yogurt (check sugar content – I use Organic Wallaby Greek Yogurt)
1/4 cup organic whole milk (or almond milk)
Add mango, peaches, banana, yogurt, and milk to small food processor or blender and pulse until smooth (mixture will be thick).
Spoon into serving glass or bowl
