Preparation: 20 minutes
500 g organic old fashioned oats
4 tblsp ground flaxseed meal
3 tblsp whole flaxseeds
2 tblsp chia seeds
3 tblsp roasted & unsalted sunflower seeds
3 tblsp roasted & unsalted pumpkin seeds
3 tblsp goji berries
4 tblsp organic cranberries
4 tblsp organic raisins
3 tblsp organic coconut flakes
about ¼ cup each of roasted & unsalted cashew nuts, walnut pieces, pecan pieces and sliced natural almonds
Mix all ingredients together, squeeze the oranges over it and mix well. This makes it nice and moist.
You can keep it in the fridge - it will last you a week.
Before eating, squeeze another orange over it if you like – or a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt and fresh berries.
