Avocado & Chicken Salad in Pita Pocket

Ingredients:

 

  • Cooked diced chicken breast

  • ¼ cup diced celery

  • ½ diced tomato

  • ¼ diced avocado

  • ½ cup shredded spinach

  • ½ cup sliced baby carrots

  • 1 whole-grain pita bread, sliced in half

 

Method:

 

Combine all the ingredients and stuff into the pita bread. Enjoy!
