Acai Bowl

Ingredients

 

  • 1 pack frozen acai

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ - ¾ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (or any seed you like)

 

Suggested toppings:

 

  • Blueberries

  • Chopped or sliced almonds

  • Chia seeds

  • ½ banana, sliced

 

Method:

 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If it’s too thick, just add more almond milk.

  • Add your toppings (you can add any fruit, nuts, seeds or granola)
