Hi, I'm Anita. I've been a life & wellness coach since 2004. I founded Body & Mind For Life with the aim of making people feel good about themselves by working on improving their bodies and minds.
I’m originally from Austria and have made New Zealand my home. After many years of living in different countries and working in a very stressful Sales & Marketing role, I decided I needed to take better care of myself and lead a healthier and more mindful life. A complete lifestyle change was in order – I quit my job and trained as a life coach, fitness trainer and advanced clinical weight loss practitioner. In 2004 I started coaching my first clients and since then have worked with many people and led a variety of workshops. A few years ago I have also taken over leadership of TLC The Life Coach.
Over the past 17 years I have worked with numerous people from all over the world and helped them achieve their goals, create a healthy lifestyle, lose weight and find their passion.
I love the life I have created and feel very fortunate to have a wonderful husband, amazing daughter, fantastic lifestyle and the ability to help others build a rewarding life.
My mission is to empower my clients to live a happier & healthier life. My promise to you is that you will walk away feeling better, achieving more and becoming the person you want to be.
I strongly believe in a sustainable lifestyle, exercise and mind-over-matter approach. I love helping my clients getting the most out of their life - mentally and physically. Your success is my success.
Whether you want to reduce stress, create a happier life or a healthier lifestyle - you have come to the right place. If you are ready for change and want more out of life, then take the first step now and talk to me!
Nothing changes until you make a change.
