4 week exercise challenge
Hello and welcome to the "Kick-start" exercise challenge!
I'm Anita and will be your coach for the next 4 weeks.

If you've ever struggled to stay motivated and on course for a fitness regime - you have come to the right place!
I have made this challenge with time concerns and easy access in mind. It will take you less than 30 minutes a day to tone up and start working on your dream body!
All my exercises are low in impact and are a combination of Pilates, Yoga & Barre. You don't need any equipment - but you can use some light weights if you wish.
