In the 4-week Kick-start and the 4-week Advanced weight loss programs we will show you how to set yourself up for permanent weight loss and better health.


Our focus is on establishing a healthy lifestyle by eating wholesome and sustainable foods, building up your physical health and creating a positive mindset.


This is not a diet - you will not need to starve yourself, count calories or cut out any food groups. 


If you eat the right food, exercise and think positive your weight will drop off and your health will improve.

We address all 3 crucial areas:

The type of food you eat has a huge impact on how you look, how you feel, how much energy you have and how healthy you are. 


Our philosophy is based on eating food that is as close to it's natural state as possible - unprocessed and unrefined without any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. 


Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes means that you can eat more without having to worry about your weight. 


We will provide you with all the information you need to change your eating habits as well as healthy recipes that are quick and easy to prepare.

Regular exercise is fundamental to your wellbeing. Not only does it control your weight, it also helps prevent disease and improve your overall quality of life. 


Every week you will get a new exercise video with low-impact exercises that you can do at home.


Our exercises are designed to strengthen your core muscles and to tone your whole body by using a variety of techniques. 


In addition we will give you recommendations of cardio exercises and provide you with a calorie burning guide.

Hi, I'm Anita. I'm very passionate about mindful eating, exercising and living life to the fullest. I'm convinced that our lifestyle is directly related to our weight and health. The more I witnessed some of my family and friends going through weight related health issues, the more I became interested in how our lifestyle affects our health. So I left behind my corporate career 10 years ago and retrained as
